what our advertising says, Menni Services has a long
and fruitful history of volunteer involvement in its
service delivery. |
|
Since
1971 we have benefited from the our involvement of
our volunteers, from those who run the social clubs,
assist in swimming, visit service users in residential
houses, go on outings, assist in the day services,
hold drama classes and even go on holidays with our
services users annually. Our volunteers are an asset
to the service users of Menni Services and the Hospitaller
Order services nationally. |
These
volunteers give up their precious time to help all
those who are service users of Menni Services, freely
and by choice, without concern for financial gain.
It is a credit to these people who in this modern
age, when the Celtic Tiger growls, are willing to
help our service users in their daily lives. |
Service
users are becoming increasingly involved in their
community and society and they also wish to volunteer.
There are a number of service users who are now volunteering
themselves and they are truly a benefit to any volunteer
corp. This is a development that we wish to support. |
